Our needs assessment of micro, small and medium enterprises has identified areas that we have decided to provide services in. In addition to our existing services, we shall offer these additional services through our BDOs to assist MSMEs in Lagos state to meet their needs in the areas of:
One-On-One Business Counselling and Mentoring
This is something that has not been in existence and exploiting this opportunity will give our clients more confidence in us and their business.
Classroom and Practical Training
We plan to provide these to our clients on a regular basis so as to embed the knowledge in them without much effort on their own part. Practical training using hands-on experience will facilitate the learning process and increase retention.
Group Workshops
We shall also offer these on a regular basis to afford our clients share and exchange ideas. It has been our belief that when two people exchange one naira, they still have one naira each, but when they exchange ideas, they have increased their knowledge. The group workshops will provide a medium for competitiveness and attainment of best in class status.
Feasibility Assessment
For start ups, we shall provide studies and researches that will lead to the development of a good feasibility study. With a good feasibility assessment, our clients may be able to secure finances to start up their business or improve on it.
Business Planning
Business planning is based on experience. The failure of businesses to attract developmental assistance is not unconnected with poor business plan. We believe our clients do not have this experience and it is on this premise we shall provide them with business planning assistance.
Market Research and Analysis
For clients with existing businesses, we shall provide them with market research and analyses to enable them improve product quality and service delivery. The results of these researches and analyses will also enable them make informed decision about their future development and growth plans.

We shall provide them with assistance in loan application and funding requests. Most businesses fail in their bid to obtain finance because of poor proposals and business plan. By our relationship with them, we shall help them package loan applications that will stand a high chance of acceptance and approval.

OUR CONCEPT OF ENTERPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT
The personal qualities, characteristics and attitudes of successful entrepreneurs can be developed by using a "learn-by-doing," or experiential-educational approach. This is the essence of our Entrepreneurship Development Centre, where the learning model is meant to encompass all the various aspects needed to grow your business or become a successful entrepreneur.
What is important in our model is the emphasis placed on the experiential approach where the learner reflects on the personal experience and relates it to the theoretical aspects, creating a dynamic relationship between theory and practice. Repeated cycles of learning from the experience are the essence and consequently inform the entrepreneurial way of learning.

There are people who have a natural ability to start and grow businesses, and there are those who have no interest in running a business. But there is also a whole range of people (the majority) that, given the opportunity and support, would enjoy running a business and could do so very well. It is this group that Analysed Data Limited is focusing on. We see this group of potential entrepreneurs as moving along a continuum, starting with the pre-aspiring entrepreneur and moving all the way to business expansion.
