ELECTRONIC VISITORS' MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Our Electronic Visitor Management System (EVMS) is the industry leading, award-winning Turnkey Visitor Management system that provides complete, fast, and secure electronic visitor registration, record keeping, and reporting. In most companies today, visitors just sign into an un-secure guest book, where they can sneak a peek at who else has recently visited the company. This means there is actually no confidentiality with such manual system. Consequently, such a system is open to abuse, among others.
With our EVMS, receptionists scan visitors' ID or business card, and all their relevant information are automatically captured in a secure database file that includes:
Ø Visitor's name (Company represented, Mailing/office address, Telephone and fax numbers, Website and e-mail addresses)
Ø Name of the person being visited and department
Ø Reason for the visitation, Time of the meeting/visit, and
Ø Visitor's photo image, signature, etc.
In thirty seconds or less, the person is professionally checked-in and a high-quality visitor badge is automatically printed! The paper visitor book is prone to error, difficult to read and is almost never consulted once used. EVMS brings you increased security, professional badges and a menu of printed reports to assist organizations of all sizes and types in tracking visitors, contractors, etc.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
CARD SCANNER
EVMS is tightly integrated with the Card Scan family of scanners. These devices quickly and accurately capture the information off of most business cards, and automatically enter that information into the appropriate data fields in our software. Use of the card scanner can eliminate the need to type any visitor information manually, and therefore greatly increase the speed with which you can process visitors.
LABEL/BADGE PRINTER
The Label Printer is the desktop label printer of choice for EVMS, and this label printer is included in the Turnkey Solution. The software includes over 200 badge templates for you to choose from, and a Custom Badge Designer for those who wish to create their own customized badges for the Label Printer.
USB DIGITAL CAMERA
With it's high-quality images, and ease of setup, the Pro 3000 USB camera is among the best for capturing visitor photos within the EVMS environment. Once captured, photos can be printed on the appropriate medium, ready for use.
SIGNATURE CAPTURE PAD
EVMS has integrated the Topaz line of signature capture devices for those of our customers that require their visitors to sign in. With the EVMS, the visitor's signature is recorded as part of the visitor record.
CARD BADGE
The TEMPbadge unique self-expiring technology that provides simple, cost-effective visitor control systems that change color automatically to let you know they have expired!
