FINGERPRINT ENROLLMENT AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Our Fingerprint Enrollment Suite (FES) is a versatile and complete biometric fingerprint enrollment and management solution for new or existing authentication system. Included is the Fingerprint Enrollment Station Software, a fast, easy-to-use biometric management PC application; the Optic 100 Biometric Terminal for fast, high quality image capture, and a USB or parallel software license manager (a hardware key) to enable biometric encoding, matching, and database size. For added layers of protection, a MIFARE® card option is available with an ACG CardMan® Desktop Card Reader/Writer and a starter supply of MIFARE® 1 Kbyte contactless cards. For increased identification and better protection against unauthorized or fraudulent access, the Fingerprint Enrollment Suite is the flexible, all-in-one fingerprint management solution.
The MA™ is a fast, accurate, and versatile weatherized fingerprint biometric terminal designed for indoor installations to increase security in biometric identification systems. Most systems use conventional passwords or PINs (data known), or access cards (tokens presented), but they become vulnerable to breach if these tokens are shared, lost, or stolen.
Fingerprint biometrics, however, use physical characteristics to validate each person's unique identity. When used for identification, or combined with other authentication methods, the MA™ intensifies security by allowing additional layers of identity verification (data known plus a token presented plus physical characteristics) to meet a broad range of security requirements. The MA™ series offers the versatility, speed, and accuracy found in all the terminals.
Matching accuracy is achieved through a precision optical scanner and SAFRAN's leading fingerprint algorithms. For high-security installations, the MA™ also offers Fake Finger Detection (FFD) to prevent unauthorized access by counterfeit fingerprints. Fingerprint processing is remarkably quick for both 1:1 authentication against a contactless smart card or 1:many identification against large databases. The MA™ is well suited for a variety of applications due to its expandable database capacity, customizable operating parameters, easy interface with legacy, existing, or commercially available industry standard 10BaseT Ethernet, RS-422, and Wiegand communications.
MA™ is also the ideal solution to increase identification, protect valuable property, and enhance security in physical access control systems.
